Membership Application Form

Please note that there is now a £15 one-off application fee in addition to the annual membership fee.
The application must be proposed by an existing EUSC member of not less than 12 months membership, and seconded by a current Committee Member.
At the same time a passport style photo should be sent by email to photos@eusc.club using your full name as the subject.
